Last Thursday, lunch hour went to TGIF, Curve with Izman and Teo to celebrate my belated bday. How sweett. I ordered Texas Ribeye and Strawberry Suprise. Nyum Nyum. Thanks a lot guys. At least i got one to remember. Erm. Wonder how my bday cake taste like, didnt get the chance to taste them, mcm goreng pisang panas okayy. Ermmm. Teo, where's the TGIF picture pls? blink* blink*

I just read thru my mail and found this. The top five cancer-causing foods and one of it is my fav. Doughnuts, cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says expert, may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer. ok I promise i will eat more less dougnuts :P
